How much is deducted from my account every time I enter the zone?
This depends on where you live. The standard
daily charge is £8.
When a payment is made, will I get a receipt?
Yes, you will get an email receipt and/or SMS notification. You will also be able to view your transactions on a secure part of the site, at any time,
by signing into your account with the username
and password you chose when you joined up. On this page we'll show you the date and time you entered the zone, how much
the payment was for, and a TFL receipt for each transaction.
What if I get fined?
The KenBuster is a pretty clever piece of
equipment, and used properly it will never get
fined. It is accurate to approximately 5
feet. It knows what day and time it is. It's
clever and it never forgets. We are however
realistic and understand that KenBuster get
left in the house or credit card details change.
Rather than putting all the onus on you, it is
for these reasons our package includes daily SMS
and/or email notifications letting you know what
actions your KenBuster has taken. If
there's any problems this will enable us to make
a payment if necessary, and/or update your
account as required.
Can I transfer my
KenBuster to another vehicle?
When it is required, your KenBuster makes a
payment for the vehicle it is registered to.
Therefore, it's better to have more than one
KenBuster if you have more than one car in your
household. But of course, if you decide to
change your car, or the car it is registered to,
just let us know and we'd update our records
according.
What if my details
change?
You can update most of your details my
logging into your online account. However,
we ask that all changes to your payment details
are conducted over the phone to allow us to
process additional security checks.
What do I do if my
KenBuster breaks?
If ever your KenBuster gets a little tired
we'll happily swap it for a new one.
