Each device is registered to a
specific registration plate. While it is possible to transfer the
device to another vehicle - say if, for example, you bought a new car we
don't allow you changes to the licence plate details this in the online
account management area. This is because if you forgot to change the
licence plate we would end up paying for a different journey. Or indeed no
journey at all. Of course, this is the exact opposite in what we're trying
to achieve.
We then say you should purchase one device per vehicle.
